This is a charming studio apartment with a full kitchen that has been decorated with lots of warm aloha hospitality and furnished to meet our guests' needs while on holiday. In addition to having all the dishware, cookware, and serving ware, as well as the linens and towels, we also provide WiFi Internet, Cable TV, beach chairs, pool/beach towels, etc. (We have three other units in this building so keep that in mind if you're traveling with a group. Ask about a possible discount when renting multiple units.)

We are just half a block from the beach, in one of Waikiki's best locations. The building has a pool and a furnished rooftop deck with breathtaking views of the pristine turquoise ocean and golden sands of Waikiki Beach, an unobstructed panorama of Diamond Head, and a bird’s eye over Kapiolani Park, the beautiful 300-acre sprawl of lush greenery that’s home to the Zoo, the Shell, the Aquarium and many more recreational activities and island festivities. On the rooftop deck, you can relax in serenity above the bustling city, watch the sunrise AND sunset, and dine under the stars listening to the soft sounds of nocturnal zoo animals or possibly a world-class musical performance from the Shell.

Great location

Older amenities but adequate. The bathtub had drainage issues. Photos on VRBO site slightly misleading as the pictures tended to make the room look bigger. The bed was narrow for 2 full size adults but very comfortable.

Waikiki getaway

We had a great 3 days/nights in Waikiki! The location was perfect, 2 minute walk to the beach and we walked everywhere - no need for a rental car.

Perfect little hideaway close to Waikiki Beach

We truly enjoyed our stay at this little Gem tucked in close to the beach and right across from the zoo in Waikiki. The location was perfect and made getting out and about super easy. The room was exactly like the pictures, neatly appointed with everything we needed and super clean. Check in was very easy and quick and the front staff were very friendly and helped with rthe commendations and advice. Overall a great stay and we would recommend to anyone. Mahalo.

The condo was in an excellent location! Directly across from the zoo, and a block off the beach, stores, and restaurant's. The room was nice. Full kitchen which came in handy so we could make breakfast/lunch since we were there for a week. A few minor issues but the host is taking care of them. Thank you!

Lovely location

Stayed the last 17 days of our two months stay in Hawaii. The condo is located at the end of Waikiki so some walking is needed to get to some of the attractions.The property manager took quickly care of some minor issues that came up. Overall, it was clean and comfortable. We would stay there again.

Fast & efficient communication. Easy check in & out. Clean. Comfortable. Good price for that very busy weekend. Parking hints were helpful. Would stay again. Only 4 star was because bed was very comfortable, but smaller than a queen. Couch was comfy too.

Property worked well for us. Location and roof top deck are great. Unit is a large studio with a queen bed and a sofa. Parking lot view. Bed was comfy. Has a full refrigerator with ice maker. Unit needs some minor repairs but nothing that impacted our stay.

Great place and very good location.

The place was beautiful and all the staff were super friendly. It has a prime location, just across from the zoo and 1 block from Waikiki beach. Just the start of the strip downtown. One of the cupboards were slightly broken but other than that I would still give it a five star rating. Not many people used the pool but we did quite a bit.They do a lot of upkeep throughout the whole hotel. Make sure to check out the 10th floor, the view is a must see. Great place for many photos.

Very disappointing

Our stay was definitely unsatisfying. The booking was for a family of 3 but there was only one bed that was very small. The couch was not turning into a bed although what the host says. And there was not even linen for the couch. So my son slept on a towel and another towel as a blanket. I asked for extra linen but I never had some. The flat is really noisy ! There is the noise of engines outside that is really annoying. You have the impression to be in a train whole night long ! It was very expensive, I saw hotels next to the apartment that were cheaper. I will definitely never come back again. My advise is : go elsewhere !

lay to me that send the e,mail that wasn't send need basically barch in to the property wouldn't be answering the before up to 3pm on sunday, the check in time. could not confirm anything 24hours before arrival, I didn't know everything has to be done only thru the website. The front desk people keep repeating that they don't have anything to do with VRBO website that its not our property. even they have some kind of short form to fill out. the mark the manager refuse to give me permittion to stay till 5p,m... claiming to be that check in 11pm. awful ,people and very poor negligent communication. I live in the community around at least 1000 people and i will tell any of them don't booked with you guys!!! be sure of it

Disappointing Stay: Room Hygiene Issues and Subpar Cleanliness - Fell Short of Expectations

My recent stay at this hotel was a disappointment due to the lack of cleanliness in our room. Upon arrival, we discovered soiled sheets, a soiled mattress cover, and stained pillowcases on the bed. The toilet in the bathroom was dirty, and the couch in the room had crusty stains. We were so uncomfortable with the state of the couch that we ended up covering it with the provided beach towels and also placed them between us and the mattress the first night just so we could sleep. Given the situation, we felt compelled to purchase clean sheets from a local Ross Store. Thankfully, management responded within 24 hours and arranged for housekeeping to replace the bed linens. However, the cleaning of the toilet was mediocre at best, and it was clear that housekeeping was embarrassed and very apologetic about the condition of the room. While management did offer to refund our money, we were unable to find suitable accommodations elsewhere, so we decided to stay and make the best of the situation. Despite the prompt response from management, the overall cleanliness of the room was unacceptable, and I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously to improve future guest experiences.

Let me preface this review by saying you get what you pay for. This condo was very affordable so I can’t complain about that. The listing very clearly states sleeps 3. There was a queen bed and a couch. The couch did not pull out, it was just a regular couch. We traveled with our teen daughter and she was stuck sleeping there. It’s not the biggest deal but if I had known there was no option for a 3rd bed, I would have booked elsewhere. I think the listing needs to be adjusted to say sleeps 2. I called the host upon arrival so we could at least get linens and a pillow for the couch and was treated like an inconvenience. He told me it was a pull out and condescendingly told me how a pull out couch works. After he came up to the room, even he wasn’t able to turn it into a pull out. Surprise, it was a regular couch. The other staff we encountered were very nice. The pool was adequate and we enjoyed it. The listing says you get access to parking but fails to mention its $30 a day and was full. There is street parking but it’s quite a walk. We opted for that and definitely got our steps in. Overall the property was decent and a good value but we probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Great location!! Apartment had everything for cooking and ice. We had a Tsunami warning on 07/29. It’s great the apartment is on the 5th floor since it was above the recommended evacuation level. Luckily, nothing happened. If we needed any extra toilet paper or coffee, the front desk people were great and gave us extra supplies . The balcony on the 10th floor had a great view.

Not What We Expected

This property was not as it was described in VRBO. Thr description mentioned NOTHING about it being in a hotel. The couch was terrible and the bed was less than good. On the surface it looked clean, but the bathroom floor and baseboards were dirty. The positive thing about the apt. was that it was close to where we met for our excursions. Shopping was close as well as were restaurants. The best thing was the secure parking, but it was 35 per day extra. For the price we paid, I expected a better apartment. were dirty.The onldirtythe surface it looked clean

Great location

The location is great and the staff provided good service. The condo needs upgraded. The bathroom needs to be cleaned up and the coach needs to be replaces as it was uncomfortable and not clean. I would stay here again if these minir fixes were made.

Great location but not as advertised

The condo was in a great location and the front desk staff were very nice and helpful. The unit was rather dirty, with hair in the bathtub and the floors were dirty (found a old piece of fruit in the corner of the kitchen). Couldn't get hot water for one full night. It also needs some updating and a coat of paint. Overall, it worked for my needs (dropping a kid off to school at UH), but if I were here for vacation, I would have been disappointed. The photos looked much better than the actual unit in real life.

Awesome location

Great location, at the end of the strip. Club attached to building but no noise in room. The place is suitable for two adults. Would not recommend sleeping on the couch :) it’s small and does not pull out.

Why they chose this property

Waikiki has several different areas, we particularly like this location as it is situated along the edges of both Waikiki and Kapiolani park, an area that is known to be more peaceful. Plus of course we are just 2 minutes walk from the famous Waikiki Beach, The Honolulu Zoo and the outdoor Shell Theater (live local entertainment many weekends) is just a leisurely 8 minute walk also.
If you are coming to Golf, The Ala Wai Golf course is 5 minutes. away.
There's really no need to rent a car when staying at our location, both UBER & Lyft ride sharing services are available on the island, plus we offer a great low fixed rate on getting you back to the airport when your vacation comes to an end, ask your guest host or check inside our welcome book for details.

Convenience stores and full grocery stores are all within easy reach. Plus we have two really efficient delivery services that collect from local restaurants and deliver to your suite if you feel like being pampered.

What makes this property unique

As well as everything you've already read, We have a full coin-op laundry facility located on the lower level easily accessed by either of the two elevators.

Should you feel like a manicure or massage at any point during you stay? There are massage services available on the second floor and a nail and beauty boutique located on the first floor.

If you are coming for a special event such as 'proposal' or anniversary, let us know when you are booking if you would like our in house concierge to arrange something to greet you loved one such as flowers, chocolates or cuddly toy in the room upon arrival, almost anything can be arranged at minimal additional cost.
