Enjoy a relaxing and restful experience at this charming Loft centrally located in Upper Darby's quiet and friendly Highland Park neighborhood. The Quaint 3rd Floor Loft is located within 35 minutes of historic Valley Forge and 5-10 miles from Philadelphia's tourist attractions, including the Liberty Bell, the Philadelphia Zoo, Museums, major Universities, hospitals , major ball parks, Penn's Landing, and lots of culturally diverse five-star restaurants and entertainment centers.

The Space
The Quaint 3rd Floor Loft is located on the 3rd floor of a home that is over 90 years old and, though greatly cared for, shows its age in some places. Expect to find some loving wear and quaint aging both inside and outside.
Guests who do not mind burning a few extra calories from stair climbing will be staying in a beautiful, open-floor plan and spacious one-bedroom apartment.
Guests will have this large, quiet, and private space all to themselves. No area of the apartment is shared.

Guests have access to the private side yard outside of the guest entry door.
Guest can also have as many cherries from our cherry tree during the spring.🥰

The 3rd Floor Loft truly lives up to the title of quaint! Super cute, clean and comfortable with a new queen sized bed. We looked forward to coming back at night to relax on the couch and read in the gorgeous window seat. Portia was a lovely host with great communication and kindness.

Wonderful stay outside of Philly

The owner was so friendly & accommodating! She replied quickly to any communications! It is a third floor and it was very, very hot outside exceptionally hot for August, therefore the loft took quite a while to cool off … otherwise I really enjoyed it and the kitchen has lots of accommodations for cooking and coffee, etc. Although I didn’t need to do any cooking! Everything is very, very clean!

The 3rd floor loft was just what we needed for a short stay near Philly. Portia was the perfect host; her communication was timely and she wanted to make sure the Loft met our expectations. If you book with her, I am confident she will fix any issues so your stay is as enjoyable as ours. The Loft is clean and spacious. The kitchenette is well stocked with the basic essentials so you can prepare simple meals. The powerful AC window units cooled the bedroom and the living space to a very comfortable temperature, so don’t be discouraged that the Loft doesn’t have central AC. We will definitely stay here again! Thank you, Portia!

Nice Loft!

The directions to the property were very detailed. The owner responded quickly and she was nice. Our only concern was the bed in the bedroom is just a full size bed. My husband is 6’4, so it was uncomfortable for the both of us and it squeaks. The other concern was it’s no private door to the loft itself. Overall it was good experience, minus those two concerns. Thank you for allowing us to use your loft while we were in town. Wishing you the best !
