Salt Marsh is a large and comfortable vacation home with lush views that stretch across Farm Creek Marsh. This property also has rights to access private Coffin's Beach.

The generous open-plan floor plan starts with the large eat-in kitchen and continues to the living room and library beyond. There is a pantry area off the kitchen that includes laundry and a half bathroom. Up a short flight of stairs is a newly-built game room with a daybed and trundle for extra sleeping space.

Upstairs, the Primary bedroom offers great views and a spacious full bath with soaking tub and separate shower, plus double sinks. Two additional bedrooms, one with twin beds and another with a Queen bed, and a full bath completes the second floor. The lower level has a large suite that sleeps four and includes a daybed and trundle, a Queen-sized Murphy bed, and a full bath with shower.

Outside, there are marsh and peek-a-boo ocean views from the lush backyard and from the oversized deck with a gas grill, dining set, and outdoor shower.
