About this property

Updated 2 bed/1.5 bath Courtyard Villa Townhouse

Welcome to Courtyard Villa #B2. Only a short distance to the Pier/Village area and 3/4 mile to the nearest beach access point. Distance alone is enough to book this unit but it has so much more!

Upon entering the unit you will find the open concept with the kitchen, dining room and living room. You will love the furniture and decor and will find that most of your needs have be provided for. Just off the living room is an enlarged patio with table and chairs and a gas grill. A half bath rounds out the downstairs portion of the town home.

Going upstairs, you will find two bedrooms serviced by a full bath. The master bedroom comes equipped with a queen bed and the second bedroom has two twins. Like downstairs, the upstairs is beautifully decorated and comfortable.

In the center of the complex there is a community pool for your use and pleasure. Pool is seasonal (avg mid-April until Labor Day).

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It's tucked away, but still a straight shot into the Village on Mallery. It's everything a couple or small family needs to run away and escape to the shore. Close enough to everything, but just far away enough to forget about it all and just chill.

Cute condo. Nice quiet location! Pool was not crowded! Close to beaches and pier. Beds were very uncomfortable. So much that we decided to cut our trip short and not stay our last night. Disappointing.
