The cottage (SC License # 010 74389 5) is located in the Sparrow Pond Community on Kiawah Island (1037 Warbler Court) and is a five-minute walk to the beach; three minutes to the private neighborhood pool! You can hear the ocean from our large sun deck and screened porch. Fully renovated cottage featuring hardwood floors, an expanded kitchen and a built-in entertainment/home theater system. Wireless Internet service is provided.
The West Beach Market (shopping and dining) is within walking distance. Freshfields Village is located just ten minutes (by car) from the cottage and offers a grocery store, shops, medical services, community events and many dining options.

* Add 13.5% South Carolina Accommodations Tax to All Rates.
*Rental Rates include Departure Cleaning.

Our cottage is located on a cul-de-sac..... more privacy and a larger outdoor deck! The outside shower is equipped with both hot and cold water for a refreshing shower after beach and pool outings. Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and relaxing spaces to enjoy some down time!
