Mark was a great host and this listing was great. Mark was very responsive to any questions we had and was very flexible with check in and out times to meet our trips needs. I will definitely be looking up Mark or Emperor Rentals for my future trips!

Communication was exceptional. Fenced in yard great for the dogs. The pool is well heated and very deep making for excellent swimming. Keurig coffee maker with all the accouterments you could need. Plenty of starter supplies provided by the host. Thoroughly enjoyed our time.

We used to live in Brandon so we thought it would be fun to go back to visit family & friends. This house was perfect for entertaining with the extra-large screened in lanai and huge pool. The fenced in back yard was also big enough for the dogs and grandkids to run around! The entire house was perfectly clean with comfortable beds and a large open kitchen and family room. We had fun shooting pool in the separate game room including the Pac Man arcade! We especially liked the convenience of being able to park in the garage. The location was great as was the communication with the owner. We would definitely go back!

Smaller house than advertised

The bare minimum in the kitchen outside trash can full too the top. Bathroom showers no pressure
