4 minutes from the beach and nestled on a spacious half acre set back more than 250 feet on a private road, this newly revitalized home provides an authentic Cape Cod vacation experience.

Completely renovated in 2023, our Cape Cottage has 2 bedrooms (one queen and two twin beds), one full bathroom, an outdoor shower, a paver patio dining set, a Weber BBQ grill, a fire pit and much more! Our kitchen features brand new stainless steel appliances and a beautiful white stone countertop with no shortage of prep space. With a 32" Kohler sink and full sized dishwasher and refrigerator, our Cottage provides ample capability to host your family and friends for all types of occasions. Our cottage boasts a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for families, couples, or friends seeking a luxurious escape to Chatham. This rental is located just 1.5 miles to Hardings beach and 1 mile from Ridgevale beach in Chatham and 2.5 miles to Chatham Village Center. Linens and bath towels included.

Wonderful Chatham cottage!

We had a fabulous weekend staying at the Cape Cottage! The house was clean, well stocked and incredibly cozy. The location was a quick drive or bike ride into downtown Chatham, the owners were accessible and we would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a Chatham getaway.

Great vacation, would stay again!

We had a great week’s vacation at this charming cottage. It was recently renovated, exactly as pictured. We enjoyed the yard, the outdoor shower, was too warm for the firepit. The house had everything we needed, plenty of hangers, french press, keurig, washer/dryer, air conditioning. It was generously stocked with handsoap, body soap, shampoo, etc. Kitchen appliances were new, had everything you need for an at home dinner. You could walk or short drive to dogfish tacos, mom & pop burgers, larrys px, ocean state job lot. Beach was $20 per day or weekly pass for $75, which allows various beaches. Access was great via code entry. Owners were very responsive and checked in.
