The Terraces is located on the Burgess Creek. Our unit has the very best in Mountain views from two private terraces.

The open living room floor plan offers the perfect mountain home for entertaining with your friends next to a warm fireplace. There is a 50 inch HD Samsung Flat Screen TV in the family room with DVD. The Soundbar at the base of the TV has docking for your IPOD or IPHONE and is also an FM/AM radio. There is a nice Toshiba flatscreen TV in the master and another with DVD in the 2nd bedroom.

Master bedroom features a new king bed. The master bathroom has a jetted jaccuzi tub. The unit has the very best in water pressure and unlimited hot water. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twins. The twins can be made into a king bed.

Additionally each room has its own thermostat to control base board radiant heat. Hot water radiant heat systems are better than traditional forced air heating systems as the air in the unit is naturally kept at a more comfortable level of humidity.

You’ll have your own assigned parking space in the below building heated garage. Our condo is on the second floor and is accessed by elevator or stairs. There is a shuttle to the ski area only from 7:30am - 5pm. (ski season only). If you don't have a car, it is a short walk to the free city bus stop and of course, there is Uber.

The heated outdoor pool and hot-tub is the ultimate relaxation after a day on the slopes.

Google Maps does not show the walking path from the Terraces to Wild Plum. It is a paved path. Just a 5 minute walk to the ski area. The map below shows the path.

STOCKED UNIT: All our units are stocked with all supplies that you will need for your stay: toilet paper, paper towel, tissues, napkins, coffee filters, trash bags, small soaps, small bottles of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, laundry detergent, Dawn kitchen sink soap, Cascade for the dishwasher, Lysol/Clorox wipes, hand soap pumps at all sinks, hand sanitizer, 409/spic n span or similar counter spray, two sets of sheets for each bed, 6 sets of towels per bathroom, pool/hot tub towels, etc.
