Upon arrival, guests are welcomed by a private, garden-focused outdoor setting. Expansive pocketing glass doors in the spacious living room fill the home with soft eastern morning light and create a seamless connection to the lush, secluded backyard.

The very private screened pool area offers ample space for lounge seating and a separate outdoor dining area, making it ideal for enjoying Naples’ warm climate in a quiet, enclosed setting. A two-car garage and easy community access add to the comfort and convenience of your stay.

The open-concept living space includes a fully equipped kitchen with bar seating, an eight-person indoor dining area, and outdoor dining options; perfect for gathering while still allowing room to relax.

The home is divided into three distinct sleeping wings, offering privacy and comfort for all guests:

• Primary Suite – King bed with private four-piece ensuite bathroom
• Second Wing – Queen bedroom with private ensuite bathroom
• Third Wing – Two bedrooms (one queen, two twins) with a shared full bathroom, accessed via a private hallway.

To enhance hygiene and modernize the space, carpeting has been replaced with sleek laminate flooring, offering a fresh, low-maintenance, and comfortable environment.

Great vacation home!

Everything in this house was perfect. The house was clean, beds comfortable and everything we needed. The outdoor space and pool were also great, private backyard. We had a couple minor things pop up and the owner was very responsive! Would definitely recommend and hope we have an opportuntiy to rent again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at this home. We truly were very comfortable. We've been renting in Naples for over 10 years and this was one of our favorite homes. Fantastic Spot for Multiple Families

This condo is so lovely and clean. The layout is perfect for a group of small family units. We had grandparents in one wing, a single person in another wing, and a family of three in the last section. Everyone had space for privacy (and noise reduction for those without a baby) and then a beautiful shared living room, kitchen, and pool area. The small garden in the back is also very sweet. We would happily stay here again and recommend to others.

Naples vacation

This house was absolutely perfect! Our group of 7 arrived and were incredibly impressed with the entire layout and cleanliness of this property! There was more than enough room for all of us! We spent many hours on the patio and in the pool and grilled out often! The kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of cooking utensils and dishes! The community pool is very nice with plenty of lounge chairs! There are plenty of stores and restaurants in the area and the Naples beaches are only about a 10-15 minute drive. The property manager was great with communicating with us! We had the pleasure of meeting the property owners who were wonderful and very accommodating, making sure that we were happy with the house! We would definitely come back here again!

Lovely Home to,Share with Family

Everything about our visit was lovely. The location, the home, the communication. Finding problems with the internet, the manager quickly notified the owner who soon arrived at the door talking with the internet company. All was resolved. We also had a problem with a pool light pulling away from the wall, but it, also, was quickly resolved. I cannot thank the manager and owner for their quick responses. Terrific home and pool.

Wonderful Stay in Naples

We cannot say enough about this lovely home. Clean, spacious, great layout with separate master suite on one side and 3 guest rooms and two baths on other side. The kitchen was complete for cooking and there were plenty of bath towels and pool towels. We ate all of our meals outdoors under the lanai enjoying the beauty of the pool and yard. Highly recommend.

It was the perfect property for our family. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom for privacy but the living room and outdoor area were a great place to hang out together. Loved the privacy in the pool and the backyard area.

Fantastic home!

This home was beautiful. It was clean, open, and spacious. The sliding/patio doors that opened up to the pool area were so wonderful to have. The net around the pool area kept bugs out so we could enjoy the patio and pool all day and into the evening. The tennis/pickle ball courts were just a short walk away. The management was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again if in Naples.

Gorgeous Briarwood home!

The property was lovely; probably the nicest in which we've ever stayed. It was well equipped, nicely decorated, and CLEAN! We met the owners, and Canin and Peter are the lovliest couple! Management is definitely very hands off, everything was done at the very last minute. Did not respond to inquiries in a timely manner.

Truly one of the nicest, cleanest, well equipped houses we have ever rented. Everything worked! Loved the view of pool and lounging area around pool. The decor is bright and well thought out. The grounds around the home are nicely kept. It is in a peaceful, beautiful setting.. The refrigerator is the bomb. I want one of those! Kitchen well equipped. Wine glasses, martini glasses, cute plates, bowls, etc. We really had a wonderful vacation! Thank you! I come down to Naples area every October. This is the second year that we have rented this property, because it is just great. Beautiful home, great location. The layout is ideal for extended family, and the pool/lanai area is really nice. We spent a lot of time out there! Gabriel is available and responsive.
