This is the luxury condo at the Dala House has 2 beds/ 2 baths and its own private outside entrance. It also has its own heat/air control, its own on-demand hot water system and free Youtube TV streaming on 4 flat screen TVs. Experience our spa-like bathrooms with quality waffle bath towels and rain shower heads. The full size kitchen is fully stocked with a dishwasher. Each bedroom has a King size bed and a small workstation. There is also a Queen Size sofa bed in the living room. The Dala House is located on M-22 in downtown Onekama. There is a public beach and boat launch, a private lakeside picnic area, shopping and food all within walking distance. The award winning Arcadia Bluffs golf course is only 10 minutes away on beautiful M-22. This venue is a short distance away from the Manistee Little River Casino, Crystal Mountain Resort and Spa, Traverse City and Leelanau.

The condo was wonderful but you can hear every step (or running) from the people staying upstairs (including toilet flushing).

Terri, I am so sorry. All the units upstairs are one bedroom and usually have one or two adults in them. Unfortunately, during the time you stayed, all three upstairs units were rented by the same family with 5 little kids under the age of 7. That has NEVER happened before and if it ever does again, I will make sure everyone in the downstairs units are aware. Please view our other reviews of Suite #1 and the rest of the Dala House to know this was a very rare occurrence.

4th of July Vacay

The house was absolutely gorgeous. The location being kitty corner from the ice cream shop and public park/beach was very convenient for our 5 year old. The house was incredibly clean and bright. Actually will be implementing some ideas from it for our own home remodeling. Highly recommend for a vacation stay short or long term!

Please know that all rental policies and house rules are strictly enforced. This includes occupancy limits, the ‘no parties’ and ‘no smoking’ clauses or any other rule posted online or within the rental. These are often defined by local ordinances, Homeowner’s Associations or other legal requirements and can result in fines or eviction if violated. A booking agreement and refundable deposit will be collected at the time of booking. This is an API property.

For safety reasons, there are 4 external security cameras in use and one right inside the front door of the public area of the house. Please contact us if there are any questions or concerns.

Why they chose this property

AMENITIES INCLUDE: Heat and Air control, On-demand water heater, spa-like showers, hair dryers, clothes steamers and King Size beds. WIFI and TVs with streaming capabilities and FREE Youtube TV.

Laundry is on the premises for an additional fee if needed. There is also a laundry mat two blocks away.

The kitchen is fully stocked for everyday meal prep. Dishes, pots and pans, silverware, glass, etc. Additional kitchen items include dishwasher, ice maker, blender, and toaster. Also included: bed linens, bath towels, basic cleaning supplies, and a starter set of paper products.

PARKING: There is free parking on site as well as on the street around the Dala House. There are also spots large enough for a boat trailer or RV.

Check in time is after 4:00PM and check out time is before 10:00AM. Any request for late check out or early check in will depend on availability of the rental and must be cleared with the manager in advance.

ARRIVAL: Check-in details are sent to your E-MAIL address the day before your arrival. It will include parking and entry information. Guests will have a private, secure entrance.

DEPARTURE: We do have a very short checklist we ask renters follow upon departure. It includes making sure the property is left tidy, furniture is in the same place you found it, everything is closed, locked and turned off, and the thermostat is set properly.

This is an API property through Anew Management Co. We will require you sign a rental agreement upon booking.

If you have a large group, please ask about how you can book the whole Dala House.
