Welcome to 22 Surf! Completely renovated and ready for you to enjoy the best Maine vacation! Stunning tidal river views with plenty of wildlife! Just a short 5 minute walk to Gooch's beach.

This property is supplied with beach chairs, beach towels, 2 beach umbrellas, boogie boards, sand toys and 2 beach wagons! Outside you will find a patio with a gas grill and a large Solo fire pit overlooking the tidal river. Inside has an expansive first floor that features a stunning screened in porch overlooking the tidal river, well equipped Kitchen, 2 dining areas, a living room, laundry room, full bathroom, and a bedroom with a sliding door to the back yard. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. With central air conditioning!

Bedroom #2: Second floor King bed. Balcony overlooking the tidal river. Full bathroom en-suite!

All Coastline Vacation Rentals are stocked with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, dish soap, hand soap, sponge, and more essentials!

Pet fee is $150/dog. For insurance reasons, we cannot host the following breeds and/or mixes of these breeds: Pit Bull, Bull Terrier, American Pit Bull Terrier, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Akita, Doberman, Wolf-hybrid, Chow, Bull Mastiff, American Bully, American Staffordshire Terrier, Presa Canario, Shar-Pei, Guard/Attack dogs, and any animal with a past history of biting or that demonstrates aggressive behavior.
This is a pet friendly home and we welcome guest pets. We kindly ask that pets remain off of the furniture!
This property could have had a cat or dog inside the property in the past.

This is a non-smoking property.
