Tucked away in a peaceful corner of the city, our home is the perfect spot for relaxation and comfort. The living area offers comfortable seating, ideal for unwinding after adventures. Each bedroom is a quiet haven, with beds that promise restful sleep and linens that feel fresh. The art on the walls helps enhance your experience without overwhelming the senses. Fully equipped kitchen. Location is central to Boulder, Fort Collins, Denver, Estes Park and RMNP.

The space
There are 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms. Two upstairs and 1 downstairs. The upstairs has 1 room with a queen bed and en-suite bathroom. There is another bedroom upstairs with a twin bed and bathroom across the hall. Full washer/dryer upstairs. The bedroom downstairs has a queen bed. There are 2 cozy couches (1 upstairs and 1 downstairs) with extra blankets to have 2 additional people stay for a total of 7 guests. There is a pack and play, table high chair and stair gate available downstairs closet. Downstairs has a gym with squat rack, dumbbells and bike. Backyard has cozy gazebo with lights, fire pit, seating and grill.
