Charming 1st floor unit with 3 bedrooms and 1 and a half baths. Located on a corner lot in the southern part of the island just a short walk to the beach. Wonderfully decorated with a retro shore vibe, the living space opens to the front deck with seating and outdoor dining. The kitchen and dining area are located off of the living space with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The queen bedroom opens to the front deck as well and has access to the half bath. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds and the third bedroom has a bunk bed (single over single) and twin. The full bath is located off the hallway and has a tub/shower. This unit boasts 2 parking spots, an outdoor heated shower and water views….book this 1st floor oasis today! Owner willing to discount for multiple weeks rented.
