This 3rd floor unit is clean, has an open floor plan that makes it the perfect for your family. The kitchen is fully equipped and the dining area seats 6. The living room has a large screen TV and opens onto a private deck. Bedroom one has a Queen bed. Bedroom two has two single beds, and bedroom three has a double bed. There is also a queen sofa bed making this unit able to sleep 8. This condo building has several great features in addition to being steps from the beach- 4 separate enclosed outside showers, 2 assigned off-street parking spots, and storage area for tenants to use during their stay.
