Needs maintenance
We were in the unit for a week with family, one day I woke up during the night with ants crawling on me in bed turned the light on and they were all over the couch next to our bed!. Took pictures and video emailed them to the office next day , Ana call back she then did not know what to do, so she let me talk to the manager (Travis ) he was so rude and at one point he said ok so what do you want me to do ?then he send somebody to see if it was really true what I was saying even though I had the pictures the next day my daughter found another bug in the 2nd bathroom, the window in the guess bedroom was leaking from the top it did rain for few days and the kitchen sink was leaking too maybe that’s why the unit smells little bit musty when you come in, so yeah they definitely needs some maintenance to do in this unit and management needs to take a customer service course. We will never used them again
