This newly renovated 5 bedroom 9 Bed "Kew West Inspired" luxury vacation paradise is perfect for groups of 10 to 18 people where you and your guests can enjoy your own private gated waterfront home overlooking $20 Million Dollar properties off the Inter-Coastal Waterway. Fun Fact: Our river canal called the Little River is actually a beautiful freshwater fed river filled with manatees, dolphins, snook, jack and other tropical wildlife. My family and I had an amazing time. This home is located in a good neighborhood, very close to many things to do. We enjoyed going out on the boat and visting the islands as well as sight seeing. The pool and back yard area was also a great space.

I can't stress enough how amazing our trip was from beginning to end. John was communicative with me for months (poor guy- lol!) and made everything perfect. The house was beautiful, view was phenomenal, boat was beautiful and we did a catered meal to the house which was one of our favorite parts. We had an absolute blast staying at this house. The house is so beautiful and we had 11 staying there but it could easily fit more. There are 5 bedrooms but plenty of extra beds and places to sleep. John and his staff were so kind and friendly! They were prompt in getting back to us with any questions or concerns. DO THE YACHT! It's worth every penny. We had such an incredible time on the boat! Robert was an incredible captain and went way above and beyond. We had such a great time that day, it made our trip! The house is really central to all of Miami and ubers are cheap. I'm happy we didn't stay in South Beach because we would have been a lot farther away from the Wynwood area and airport. We loved our experience so much we want to make it a yearly trip! Thank you so much John and crew!

Where do I start? If I could I would rate this property 100 it was amazing and the pictures doesn't do it justice. There was more than enough space for my friends and I (12). When we arrived Randy (property manager) went over everything from the stereo system to the gas grill. We were also lucky enough to have John in town for the weekend, who I can't THANK enough. John went above and beyond to make sure everyone enjoyed themselves and he makes a mean espresso, just saying. John was extremely responsive to emails and made sure all my questions were answered in detailed. We enjoyed the chief cooked breakfast which was to die for and we wish we would have taken the opportunity to enjoy the yacht for the day. We have been home for a week now and everyone is still ranting and raving about what a GREAT time they had and wondering when are we going back. THANK YOU John!!!

Beyonds Expectations!

I rented this property with 11 of my girlfriends for my bachelorette party this past weekend. From the very beginning of the planning process- John responded promptly, and was always quick to answer any questions. He made this trip seamless and was helpful in giving suggestions for places to visit or eat on our trip. The house was beautiful, clean, and exceeded my expectations. We had John cook dinner for us on our first night as well as a brunch the next day and both were exceptional. If I could do it over, would've had every meal catered at the house! We did the yacht trip on Saturday- which I highly recommended. It was an unforgettable experience. The boat is beautiful with plenty of space, and this was definitely the highlight of our trip. John went out of his way to ensure this was a special trip for us and he did not disappoint. He is an amazing owner, boat captain, chef, and one of the nicest people ever, and he made this the best ever. Already can't wait to visit again in the future. Thank you John!!

Exceptional in Every Way

Where to begin! John and his property manager Yudel went above and beyond to make our stay incredible!!! Not only delivered on what was advertised, way way way exceeded it. First of all the house is safe and secure - with a private coded automatic gate. Huge wow factor the minute you pull up. The house and grounds are stunning and impeccable. We were there to celebrate a bachelorette and the weather was chilly so John had already cranked up the pool temp so that we were comfortable - didn’t even have to ask. We ordered supplies etc that arrived before our stay and John and Yudel coordinated, signed for the delivery and put everything away so that by the time we got there and checked in everything was in place and the alcohol was chilled. John provided us not only with the contact info of Yudel the amazing property manager but his own information as well - both were reachable at all times. He also came by after we checked in to show us around the home and introduce himself which we really appreciated. The house is stocked with everything you would need to host a beautiful weekend getaway - glasses, plates, cutlery, clean towels, etc etc etc - wven a balloon inflater! I’m new to vrbo - this was my first time booking but it was so perfect and seamless it will not be my last. Highly recommend this home for anyone considering a bachelorette. There were 6 of us but there was plenty of room for more. Just a perfect stay! Thank you John and Yudel!

Miami Paradise for Cali girls

From the initial booking to the final check-out, we couldn't have asked for a more professional and gracious host than John and his staff. John was extremely communicative leading up to our stay and had no problem with answering any question that myself or my friends came up with. The house was spacious and clean (big deal for me in a rental house). Every girl in our party of 8 was able to have a bed which doesn't always happen on trips. The backyard was amazing and that is where we spent the majority of our time. I definitely took a afternoon snoozer on the hammock. We enjoyed a day out on John's yacht and luckily he was accommodating for a later start than we all planned for as we were running late.... Miami tends to do that to you. While we were frantically getting ready, John offered to go pick up our pre-ordered sandwiches from the market. He did not have to do this and we couldn't have been more grateful! Once we were all ready to go, it was the best afternoon we had in Miami. We felt like royalty cruising around and looking at the beautiful scenery and homes. John took us to a sand bar and hooked us up to another boat to party. It was the envy of all our friends back home! We had brunch made for us on Sunday and we were all extremely satisfied with our meal. The gourmet grilled cheeses were killer, highly recommend! Overall, it was the best trip we've ever been on all thanks to John and his staff. We all hope to stay again!!!

Hi I'm John and thank you for visiting our our property site. My family and I are very pleased to offer our Miami Beach home as a vacation destination. We purchased the home in the summer of 2010 and took possession in 2011.

We looked at many potential Miami homes but fell in love with this property at first sight as we couldn't resist it's charm, beauty, landscape and perfect location.

We purchased the home directly from the builder who put in a lot of personal touches and upgrades such as warm Brazilian Teak flooring, Custom Kitchen, Industrial grade Hurricane Windows, Steel Roof, Heated Salt Water Pool, Brand new Dock, High End entertainment system and lots more.

The response to our home since we started offering it to others has been overwhelming and we're grateful to be able to let our guests enjoy the home as much as we do.

We personally make ourselves available at any time and our managers are also available so that get the best experience possible during your Miami Vacation.

Why they chose this property

We entertain a lot of friends and family in our daily lives so we chose a home that is as convenient, comfortable and accommodating as possible.

We've spent a lot of time picking out just the right furniture, bedding, appliances and amenities. We've also added in so many personal touches to the home such as quality bedding, large, plush towels per each room. Warm, generously appointed, themed bedroom sets, imported furniture, high end entertainment system and lots more.

We pride on making our home as clean and well equipped as possible so that all you need to do is bring your toothbrush and some sun screen and you're ready to go.

We will do everything possible to help with your stay and we will be personally available as well as have local presence during your visit in the event you have special requests.

We also love this property because most all of Miami is comprised of man made canals, which when water stands for long periods of time, can attract mosquitoes and other undesirable insects.

Because this home is situated on a fresh water fed River, the water always flows outwards towards the ocean all day and night regardless of which way the tide is flowing and therefore there is no standing water, which means the bugs are minimized.

In fact, many locals to the Miami area who visit our home are amazed at how we can enjoy the outdoor atmosphere unprotected by screens because there are very few insects as a result of the property's advantageous location.

The back of the home also faces south so we get maximum sunshine from sunrise to sunset. This is a very unique feature compared to other homes facing in various directions where you lose the sun early in the day. Most people come to the Sunshine State to get some sun but we've also create plenty of shaded areas when you need a break from the sun.

You will find our home perfectly situated in the middle of everything with just a short drive to all of the major attractions.

What makes this property unique

We've been told on numerous occasions that our pictures do not do our house justice.

The atmosphere you encounter from the moment you enter the front door is indescribable. From the extremely high ceilings, to the ultra comfortable sitting area under the backyard porch to the well equipped gourmet kitchens both indoors and outdoors, you will have all the luxuries you desire within this offering.

The back yard features a covered pergola , outdoor kitchen and bar, seating area around the bar and teak outdoor dining table. We also have lush landscape and outdoor amenities for the enjoyment of our guests.

We have lots of loungers poolside and comfortable deck chairs along with a small firepit for those rare cool nights.

We also have an amazing and comfortable set up along the dock where you can relax and enjoy sunsets. All in all, we've been told you will not want to leave. Even with all the hustle and bustle of South Beach, our home will provide you a the comfort and tranquility you will find irresistible.

For the nature lovers, the backyard is an actual fresh water river that runs into brackish salt water into the inter-coastal waterway. The river is home to lots of wild life including manatee, dolphins, numerous fish and crab.
