You'll have access to the house and garden.

Garage and driveway are available - off-street parking for two cars. On-street parking is typically very easy, but pay attention to signs - parking tickets are expensive in SF!

You won't see us when you stay here - we'll be gone by the time you arrive, and we won't come home until after you depart.

Family friendly neighborhood but close enough to all the action of the Castro and Mission District. A terrific park for little kids is just across the street - it has a toddler-sized playground, plus big flat areas for riding bikes or kicking balls. A bigger park, with bigger play structure, is a couple blocks up the hill.

A few more blocks takes you to Glen Canyon, a terrific wild area with rocks to climb, trails to explore, and maybe even a glimpse of SF wildlife!

Walk down 24th Street one block to the start of wonderful Noe Valley, chock-full of family-friendly restaurants, shops, a Whole Foods supermarket, and more. Or, head up to Diamond Heights where you'll find Safeway, a popular Dim Sum restaurant, and more.

The Muni 48 bus stops across the street. The 35 bus stop is one block away, and the 24 is two blocks away. The 24th St BART station is ~12 blocks away on the 48 bus line - or have a nice walk from there through Noe Valley.

Close to the hip Mission district and Castro neighborhoods, but far enough away that the neighborhood is quite, safe, and clean!
