Thank you for your detailed feedback. We are glad to hear you felt welcomed and that we were able to assist promptly during your stay. We would also like to clarify that, in an effort to ensure your comfort, we addressed all reported concerns during your stay, including replacing items and providing additional amenities. As a gesture of goodwill, we also arranged a complimentary spa experience for two. Regarding the layout, the suite is accurately described as a compact, hotel-style space (420 sq ft), with a kitchenette including the picture. Concerning the temporary closure of certain resort amenities, these are managed independently by the community administration and may occasionally be unavailable due to scheduled improvements. We truly value all feedback and remain committed to maintaining a high standard of service and guest experience.
