The 1st floor consists of 3 bedrooms to be furnished with a king bed, a queen & 4 twin/twin bunk beds. There are 2 full bathrooms also. The 2nd floor (main level) has 2 bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms. Sunset Serenity offers comfortable furnishings in a relaxing coastal atmosphere. The 3rd floor is the incredible Tower Outlook Suite offering unforgettable views. This Suite has a queen bed & a full bathroom.
At Sunset Serenity, guests will have full access of Bay Creek amenities, including community swimming pool, tennis/pickleball courts, soft sand private beach, 350 acre Nature Preserve with trails & kayak launch. Also for an extra fee, guests can have access to the Life Center which has three pools, a slide, splashpad, and a state of the art Fitness Center as well as being able to book rounds of golf as guests of the Landlord, a full golf member. Currently the cost to access the Life Center is $75 per night for the entire duration of your stay and golf rounds are $110/per round/per person. Forms are required to be filled out and payment made at time of booking for the Life Center access.
Just a few minutes from the Historic Area of Cape Charles offering casual and fine dining including fresh seafood, BBQ, pizza, Italian, sushi, American Southern-style cuisine, bakeries, fudge, amazing ice cream, and Hawaiian style shaved ice. Plus, boutiques, art galleries, library, Park with bandstand, fishing pier, museum, live theatre, free summer band concerts, 3rd Thursday festivities at the Cape Charles beach, 4th of July parades, Friday Night at Lemon Tree, Grand Illumination, Festive Fridays, Lighted Golf Cart Parade at Christmas and New Years Eve activities including the Cape Charles Crab Pot Drop countdown.
Drive, walk, or go by electric golf cart to get around town. Rentals for golf carts, kayaks, paddleboards, and jet skis are available in town. Cape Charles was recently named by Coastal Living magazine as one of the happiest beach towns in America!
You will also be able to play golf at the Arnold Palmer or Jack Nicklaus Signature Courses at a reduced rate as guests of a full golf member. This needs to be added and tee times requested at the time of booking your reservation. Use of Bay Creek's Life Center, which has three pools, a slide, splashpad, and a state of the art fitness center, requires a form to be filled out at the time of booking. The additional cost is $75 per night for the entire duration of your stay.
