House was lovely, location was great -comfortable walking distance to the shops and the water. Having a lovely kitchen with all the tools /equipment needed for cooking meals turned out to be a huge help when we had a full day of heavy rain and didn't feel like going out. We really enjoyed our girls trip weekend here!

The property was beautiful and exactly as described. It was very clean and communication with the host was seamless. He was extremely helpful & kind. The location is perfect- close enough to the beach but still quiet and peaceful. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this house and our stay there.

Beautiful modern house. Nice porch off 2nd floor Master bedroom. Large dining area. Outdoor backyard dining is shaded most of the day and into the evening. Close to the park. A little further from beach and shops but provides a quieter less busy street. The optional golf cart was very convenient.

This is our second time staying in this house at Cape Charles. Once again, it was a wonderful experience. The house was very clean and stocked with everything we need. It is a great location and the host is very responsive. This has become a wonderful family tradition and we look forward to coming back next year.

We had a great stay, and it was perfect for our multi-family gathering. We enjoyed cooking and hanging out in the home, as well as going out in Cape Charles to explore, shop, and eat.
