Very clean and comfortable close to the beach and downtown. It was the perfect location. We had a lovely time at the beach and strolling through the shops. Great for a 3 day getaway

We really enjoyed our stay in Cape Charles. The property was clean and comfortable. Chip was very proactive in reaching out and making sure we were comfortable. The location was great. Easy walk to the park, the beach and downtown.

Clean, bright, cute house! Beds were comfortable and AC was great. Great location in short walking distance to beach, restaurants and shopping. Host Chip was very quick to send details, check in on trip and offer any help. 5 star house and host! Thank you Chip and family.

Chip was a great host with a very nice property and excellent communication. Property was very well maintained, clean, and lovely. Located a short walk away from the shops and beach. Watch out for the stray kitties when parking at the property and driving around the area. Overall 10/10. Thank you, Chip!
