Absolutely perfect location as everything is walkable from the beach to the various restaurants and shops! House has everything you’ll need. Outdoor shed has chairs for the beach and various items for children. There are ice trays in the freezer but definitely grab a bag if you’re going to be using a lot. House was very clean and the host communicates well and makes sure all is well. Definitely would return and recommend!

The space was perfect for the two of us! Comfy living room and dining area. Bedroom was spacious and bed was comfortable. The location is close to the bayfront, yet far enough to bot have any pedestrian traffic. The golf cart use was the perfect add on.

This is lovely property in a great location. Great place for couples to spend a week or weekend. Right next to the park and walking distance to all the fun places in Cape Charles. Easy check in and great communication with hosts.

Home is very conveniently located, comfortable, attractively furnished and well equipped. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. House layout and location next to a lovely park with a large playground makes it ideal for families with young children.

A Great Stay

Know that if you rent this property, you will have close access to a beautiful, fun park; the beach; and the town center. The beds are quite comfortable and the rest of the house is adorable. Communication with the owners was quick and efficient.

This house was in a great location. It had everything we needed and was very clean. Only thing that others should know is that the stairs going to the upstairs were relatively steep and narrow and not lit. This was a small issue for my 84 y/o mother who was with me. It isn’t a reason not to rent just something to know.

Perfect little spot in a perfect little town!

This place was so cozy and welcoming—a great place to land after exploring Cape Charles every day, especially with the park right next door. Owners were pleasant and prompt with communication, and everything was right where we needed it. We’ll be back!

Beach time!

Perfect location in a lovely neighborhood. The house was very clean and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked and the outdoor area was very family friendly. The managers were very easy to work with. We had a very enjoyable stay.

Everthing was great, especially the location! We could walk everywhere. There was a nice big table for playing games at night and the kitchen was more than adequate for the breakfasts we wanted to make in the morning. I enjoyed the front porch as the weather was nice. Having tvs in each bedroom is always a plus.

Amazing house- will definitely be returning

Adorable house just a short walk to the beach or local restaurants. It is located right on the park which my kids absolutely loved. There was no shortage of fun things to do! House was super clean and fully equipped, shed had beach toys amd games and an outdoor tv! Perfect place tk stay with your littles!

Great place in Cape Charles

My family and I really enjoyed our stay in Parkside. We came to Cape Charles to go birding and explore the Eastern Shore, abd there were lots of good birding sights nearby. The property itself is very nice, and the owners are very professional and responsive. Recommended!
