Delightfully spacious, this beachy home boasts an open living area with a beautiful coastal, bohemian design. Plush seating faces a smart tv, and the open concept flows right into the lovely kitchen and dining areas. The charming, wicker dining set hosts 4 guests for family-style meals, while 3 barstools along the kitchen counter offer a space for casual dining and drinks. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, and cookware for convenient meals at home. When it comes time to enjoy indoor leisure time, your group can spread out, all at once snacking in the kitchen, playing games at the table, watching movies on the tv, and more! The quality time you’ll spend here is what it’s all about.

You must disclose in your booking that there will be pets in the vacation rental. Failure to do so will result in a $50 added charge to your booking!

PETS: Bring the pups, but please keep them
off of linens, towels and furniture in the townhome. This is a nightmare to clean. This is according to the
Small 20lbs dogs only! HOA and insurance, and it's not our decision.

ALWAYS keep your dogs on a leash when
outside, and always clean up after your doggies. I know, I shouldn't have
to say this.

There is only one (1) designated, dog-friendly beach for ALL of PCB. This area of the beach is south of Pier Park. It might be too far for you to walk from the townhome, but I'm sure it is worth the drive. Recently, the City of PCB stated they would start enforcing the no-dog laws at other areas of the beach if you have your pet with you. In these situations, I'm not sure if they give you a warning or issue a citation on the initial approach. Please be aware of this because we already give the government folks enough money.
