Ride Bentonville!

We came into town to explore the endless mountain bike trails in the area. At the end of long days of riding we were able to relax in this quiet, beautiful home. Check in/out was seamless and our host was very responsive we every I reached out with a question. Quiet and removed from town but close to everything. Perfect!

Home for a month

My family and I stayed for a month. The home is lovely and the property is great. However, I have never had such a hard time dealing with a VRBO host and damage claims. Our hosts raised deposits mid stay, and have seriously overestimated value of minor damages. We ended up owing nearly half of the original price for the stay in damages and “deposits “ when it was all done. If you’re curious, the damages were very unlikely to be anywhere close to that cost. Beautiful home and property but not worth the hassle. Take your family elsewhere.

I have been married for 33 years, we have 3 daughters, and one grandson, I like to spend as much time as family, we like to do a lot of outdoor activities, like walking, swimming in the river or lake. riding a mountain bike, using my jet-ski, using my boat in the Beaver Lake. Like to kayaking, canoe in Elk River in Missouri (30 minutes away), use my quad bike, my dirt bike. I like travel here in the country but also like in others countries.

When we arrived in the USA in 1997, we arrived in Chicago, we had friends here in Arkansas, we came in the summer, and then in the winter, and we saw that it was a very good place to raise children, the schools are of a very good standard, it has grown

What makes this property unique

We want people to enjoy peace and tranquility. There is an abundance of wildlife. through the trees all while enjoying a nice cup of coffee on the back deck!
