Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Log out of all devices & put remotes on side tables
Place Gameroom and Bike Shed keys on the coat hooks by the front entrance. Lock all doors Message us when you checkout so we may notify our cleaning staff.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Overall good property

This cozy getaway is both in a neighborhood and tucked into the woods on an Arkansas hillside which gives a very nice remote/private feel. The short driveway is rather steep down to the covered carport. Our only problem was the AC pre-arrival settings. It was pre-set to 85 for our July arrival so it was quite hot inside the house. Thankfully check in details were provided just as described and we were able to access the house right at 4 PM and get the AC going. The AC works fine and it cooled enough we were able to stay there that first night, and were comfortable the rest of our stay.
