Tastefully renovated older home. Very good location, walk to the marina precinct where there are adequate eateries. Free ferry across the river to Hobart port (excellent). Great kitchen facilities. Large bathroom with washing machine. Very comfortable.

Very handy to a supermarket and great coffee shop! Easy drive into cbd, or take a short walk to the ferry. On street parking problematic when a footy game on at Bellrive Oval...and parking inspectors are on point!
