Fabulous property and stay! Spotlessly clean and so welcoming and inviting. Had snacks and coffee which we thought was so kind and hospitable. I’m so glad my family can come visit me in Rome now since they can stay here and be close to my house!

Thank you so much for the kind review. We would love to have you visit again. Thank you again for choosing to stay with us. Kerri
Property was super clean, warm and welcoming. Beds were comfortable, kitchen and bathroom were well stocked with everything we needed. Yard was great for our dog who enjoyed the cows every morning. Will definitely stay here again when we are in the area.
I can’t say enough good things about this adorable little gem of a house we found! It exceeded all of our expectations! Super clean, close to everything yet had that country feel and had all of the amenities we could ask for and then some. I loved learning about the history of this quaint little farmhouse too! I only wish we had more days to spend here but we will keep this location in mind the next time we want to stay in the area!

I am so happy you enjoyed your stay. The house has been in the family for generations and well loved. We would love to have you stay with us again. Thank you for your kind review.
This house is so welcoming and cozy. It was decorated so well, the beds were comfy, and the kitchen stocked with anything you’d want. We loved the set up from the dishes on the breakfast table, the spaces to sit comfortably for conversation, reading, or a show, to the morning greeting of cows in the pasture. It was a home away from home! Thank you!

Thank you for your kind words. I always want my guests to feel at home. Maybe you can come back for a longer visit soon.
This stay was nothing short of amazing! While it was a quick trip- we couldn't have asked for anything more...besides more time there, which Kerri (owner) did offer. Kerri was BEYOND helpful and so so sweet! She literally thought of everything for her guests...EVERYTHING. The outside firepit was such a nice way to relax at the end of the day. If you are looking for a place to stay in the area, look no further!
I do not know where to even start with this review. This cozy farmhouse was one of the best VRBO experiences. Kerri thought of everything. Bottled water in the fridge, fresh ice, a variety of snacks, a kitchen that had everything, bathroom has more than enough towels, soaps, shampoos, lotions and even had travel size toothpaste and toothbrush. (I forgot my toothbrush) The home was spotless and it smelled so good! The king size beds are so comfortable. I could go on and on about this one. We look forward to our next stay here! Kerri, you definitely went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations!!!

Thank you so much for your wonderful review. I am so happy you enjoyed your stay.
My family and I stayed here while visiting Rome for a tennis tournament at the Rome Tennis Center. A short drive to Rome and Berry College. Kerri, our host, was absolutely wonderful. She was such a kind person, and very responsive and communicative. We were new to the area so Kerri was kind enough to give us restaurant recommendations and things to do in the area, which were greatly appreciated. The home was one of the best places we've stayed. It was beautiful and unique, very clean .. absolutely spotless. The area is quiet and peaceful, beds were extremely comfortable (best nights sleep I've had in awhile!), and the home was fully stocked with all the necessities. Beautiful views all around. Our puppy loved watching the cows in the morning and having a large outdoor space to run. The outdoor grill and sitting area were also a nice touch. I cannot say enough GREAT things about this place. Next time we are in the area, we would love to stay here again. Thank you for welcoming us to your beautiful home!!

Thank you so much for your kind words. We want to treat our guests as if they were family. I am so glad you enjoyed your stay and if you are ever back in Georgia we would love to have you again. Your family was just beautiful and I am glad you enjoyed the tennis tournament.
This place was amazing, right on the main highway but you’d never know it. Quiet, peaceful, animals, just complete relaxation. 15 min drive into town and everything you’d want, food & shopping.
This house dates back 140 years and has charm and character not found in modern homes. It is adjacent to a working farm where you can sit and watch the cows grazing in the fields or at the 100 year old barn. Beyond the pastures you have a perfect view of John's Mountain. The house may be antique but has all the modern amenities you would expect. Spacious bedrooms with king beds and large screen smart tv's. A bonus room features a daybed that is a twin size bed, it can be used for sitting or as an extra bed. Kitchen has everything you need to prepare any meal. It features a Keurig coffee maker that makes a pot of coffee or uses individual pods for just one cup. Outside is a sitting area under a huge shade tree that has a charcoal grill and a gas fire pit. There are several sitting and dining areas where you can enjoy your time outdoors. At night you can turn on the overhead string lights and relax by the fire. It is a great old house that has lots of history and beauty.
