Welcome to your studio Isle of Palms vacation rental, just a short walk to the beach and right in the heart of everything that makes the island fun. This bright, updated space at Ocean Inn is perfect for couples, girls trips, or a quick beach getaway where you can keep things easy and actually enjoy your time.

Think of this as your beach “home base” rather than just a place to sleep. Grab coffee next door at Café Paname, walk to the beach in minutes, and pick up ice cream, pizza, or a drink on your way back. You are close to everything, but just far enough removed to relax when you are ready to wind down.

Inside, the open studio layout features a king bed and a clean, comfortable setup designed for a simple, no stress stay. Please note there is no separate bedroom door, and as a first floor unit, you may occasionally hear light noise from above.

The kitchen is one of the standout features here, with a dishwasher, convection microwave that can bake, induction cooktop, and all the essentials for easy meals, snacks, or late night pizza. The dining area seats 2 to 4, and the adjustable TV can be viewed from both the sleeping and dining areas.

Beach gear is ready for you in the closet, so you can head out without overthinking it. Outside, you will find a pool, grill area, and a shared space where guests often gather, making it easy to meet people or just enjoy a laid back evening.

This Isle of Palms beach rental is all about convenience, comfort, and keeping your trip simple so you can focus on the good stuff.

Dog friendly with prior approval. Dogs must be under 20 lbs and hypoallergenic. Pet fees apply.

** CONFIRMATION & PAYMENT: Your reservation is confirmed when the initial payment is paid. Payment options are dependent on the cancellation policy and how far away you are booking your stay. For reservations made in advance of 30 days, the remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival. Balances are deducted automatically from the card on file. In the event of payment failure, a grace period of 24 hours is given to remedy the payment.
** ITEMS PROVIDED: Soaps, linens, towels and starter paper products will be in your condo upon arrival. Routine linen and towel exchanges are not provided during your stay. Guests are responsible for replacing their own paper and soap products if starter amounts are used during their stay. It is not necessary to replace these for future guests.
**SMOKING All of our properties are NO SMOKING properties. Smoking is allowed outdoors only. Please discard appropriately. Deposit will be forfeited and additional cleaning charges incurred if evidence of smoking indoors is found upon departure. THIS INCLUDES smoking by an open door or window so that smoke enters the condo. Please smoke away from these areas.
**NOISE ORDINANCE Guests are responsible for following the Isle of Palms 10PM noise ordinance.

Great location!

Ocean Inn is a very clean and charming environment. The outside area is shared, but outside each room has their own table & chairs. This was my 2nd time visiting. Can't beat the location!

The cleanest place I think I've ever stayed at when I've gone to the beach. We had a great week! Close to plenty of fun stuff to do in town and just a short walk to the ocean. The crunelles were very friendly and good to work with.

Cute small space

The property was cute, super clean, and there we a lot of extra touches. It was a bit small for us as we like more of a sitting space, but for a younger couple it would be prefect and just enough. There is a pool and a laundry room too. Super close to the beach and several restaurants. Great location.

This our third stay at the condo and you simply can't beat the owners' hospitality, and attention to detail and CLEANLINESS! We couldn't have been more comfortable in this condo! It had absolutely everything you need to start your vacation. Not to mention how charming and adorable the decor was. Perfect for a single traveler

This property has great amenities, and is within walking distance of several restaurants and shops. I can personally recommend Cafe Paname and Acme Lowcountry Kitchen. Beth was amazing and quick to respond when I had a question or concern. Which was especially important since my stay corresponded with a winter storm. I highly recommend this rental.

Perfect for a couple's getaway

My husband and I stayed at this condo for our last vacation together without kids (currently 7 months pregnant). It was the perfect size for us, the kitchen was well-appointed and nicely redone, the condo was spotless and had everything we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable and all the new appliances in the kitchen worked great- we used them a lot while there. It's also a great location close to the beach, Mt. Pleasant, and downtown Charleston. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay on Isle of Palms!

Our family of four loved this condo. It’s simple and small which is all we need as we spend most of our time doing activities outside and exploring. Very clean (I’m super picky) and lots of attention to detail. The location is awesome!!! Right in the heart of IOP and can walk everywhere saving much hastle, time and money allowing you to get the full beach bum vibe. The pool is perfect for kids because the deep end is 5.5 feet. If we visit again we’ll def stay here!

Best beach rental ever

We’ve stayed at many beach rentals large and small, and this by far takes the cake as the best. It’s not a huge space, but everything is so well thought out with decorations, utilities, gear, hooks, supplies, you name it. The space also had so much character, and it was so easy to feel right at home. The property is conveniently located next to everything you possibly would need either by a short walk or drive to the grocery store. Our host was also very communicative throughout the process. I actually left an important item in my unit, and our host messaged me about it so I could come back to retrieve it before I was too far gone. Would absolutely recommend this gem to anyone and hope to come back one day.

Perfect Get Away!

We rented this unit for four days just to get away from the snow up north. Our initial concern, while choosing this rental over the internet, was the size of the unit. We thought, the price was right and if the unit felt too tight, we could use the unit just as a sleeping spot. As we walked into the unit though, my husband and I felt right at home. The décor is charming, the unit is so clean and the bed was so cozy and perfect. This owner absolutely thought of everything and there is a picture of a kitchen renovation which sounds like it is going to happen sometime this month. Lucky you to enjoy this additional upgrade. Based on our experience, this is definitely a place we would visit again!

Owners are a small family of 4 and live right across the bridge in Mt Pleasant. They wanted to have a place for out of town family to stay and offer it for others to enjoy when it is available. They're thrilled to have you!

Why they chose this property

This is one of those places that feels a little more personal. While there are rental units at Ocean Inn, there are also full time residents who take real pride in the property, which helps keep everything well cared for and welcoming.

Each condo is individually owned, and we manage this one ourselves, so it is set up more like a guest suite than a typical rental. We want you to feel comfortable, welcome, and taken care of from the moment you arrive.

Isle of Palms has a character all its own. It is not overly commercial, and that is part of what makes it special. You will find a mix of old and new, a more relaxed pace, and some of the best food in the Charleston area right here on the island.

You can head into downtown Charleston for a day of exploring, or stay close and enjoy great meals, beach time, and everything within easy reach, many spots are just a short walk away.

What makes this property unique

You don't have to drive anywhere - you can hang up your keys when you arrive and never move your car until it's time to go home. You will find great food everywhere around you - pizza, seafood, burgers, gourmet, bar food, you name it. The best breakfast spots on the island (where the locals eat) are just a 3-minute walk. It's almost like being at a B&B except that you probably won't go to breakfast in your robe.....not that you couldn't, mind you....some go in their beach cover up, so hey....why not??
