On the top level you will find the master bedroom with the best view in the house of the ocean, roomy King Size bed with a brand new mattress, and tv. In the adjoining private master bathroom you will find a huge walk-in shower with double shower heads on each end and a double sink vanity- all new! In the second bedroom you will find a spacious bunk bed with a Queen size bed on the bottom and a Full size mattress up top. Also with its own full private bathroom with marble shower and tub.

Step down to the middle level to find a modern open concept living room with a large flat screen tv with your favorite streaming apps available. A beautiful electric fireplace that changes colors is available for your enjoyment! Open to the living room is a spacious bar area where you can enjoy a nice glass of wine while looking out the window or winding down for the evening. Off the bar area is a cozy little balcony with table and chairs. Also open to the living room you will notice the striking dining room with stylish hand crafted accent wall and modern fixtures. The adjoining fully renovated kitchen boasts all new appliances, brass fixtures, and coffee bar with complimentary k-cups. You will notice attention to detail everywhere!

Downstairs on the bottom level you will find the third bedroom with a comfy Queen Size bed, flatscreen tv, and another full private bathroom attached with a lovely walk in shower. Each full bathroom comes with all you need- a full set of toiletries, hair dryers, and towels. The laundry room with full washer and dryer will be found on this level. From there you can access the large backyard with a deck, pergola with large seating area, and propane grill. Lastly you will find a large garage space that has been converted into your very own hang out spot with a brand new pool table! Perfect for friends or family looking to relax and have some fun. The garage also has a large flat screen tv for your enjoyment and all the beach equipment you will need to hit the water- beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, beach cart, and coolers!

Right across the street is the public beach access point- just a 3 minute walk! Also within walking distance is a public boat launch for those looking to spend time out on the water. A couple local favorite restaurants are just steps away as well as your local 7/11.

We loved this home! This was our first time visiting the area as we were visiting family at the nearby naval station. The home was exactly as described and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. We especially enjoyed sitting around the dining table playing games. Christina was very responsive. We would stay here again.

This property was the perfect location for our stay. The home was immaculate, cozy, and very well maintained. We especially enjoyed the pool table in the garage—it was a great bonus feature.The master bedroom offers a great view of the bay, and we were able to catch some Navy activity, which made the experience even more special. The beach is just a short walk away, and we were lucky enough to spot dolphins during our stay.Christina was an excellent host—very attentive and committed to making sure everything was perfect. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to others.

Our stay at Christina’s place was perfect! The house had everything we needed for our stay and you can tell Christina really takes pride in the little details. Beds were comfortable and the backyard area was great for hanging out on a beautiful Sunday afternoon while we made some lunch on the Blackstone grill. The beach was a block away and the house had all the beach supplies we needed. I would highly recommend this location for those looking to be close to the beach and a quick drive to Hampton, Norfolk, or VA beach.

My family and I stayed at this property for a wedding in Norfolk and it could not be better. Excellent location so we were able to walk to the beach every day. The Perfect Getaway

My family had an incredible stay at this luxurious property. The home was spotless, and we truly appreciated all the thoughtful details. A Pristine Home Experience

The house was beautiful. Exceptionally CLEAN; from the floor to the sheets on the bed! Fully stocked with anything that you may have forgotten or needed to bring. Pool table in the garage was entertaining. The coffee bar had a variety of different flavors and creamers. Right across the street from the beach. Plenty of Restaurants and stores to go shopping. The host was friendly and responsive. I highly recommend this house. My family and I will definitely come back!
