It was clean and had all of the essentials. Host was responsive and helpful. Walking distance to KP Hole for renting or launching kayaks. Plenty of parking space. We would rent again and recommend it.

Great stay. The unit was very tidy and clean. Nicely decorated. Very responsive host. Comfortable space close to the state park and nearby grocery stores and restaurants in Dunnellon. Beds are soft memory foam. Kitchen is convenient with full amenities. Ample parking on site. Would stay here again.

Great bungalow

This is our second time staying here. Great location next to the spring. Multiple springs within 30 minutes. Fantastic area for kids to play, fire pit, and outdoor grills on site. We will be coming back

This cabin DOES NOT include kayaks as It states on the VRBO property details. We have kayaks but didn't bring them because the property claimed to have 2 kayaks available on the property. Instead we had to pay 100 a day to rent the kayaks from KP Hole. The description of the rental unit was completely inaccurate. to VRBO for allowing this inaccuracies.

The review states: "This cabin DOES NOT include kayaks as it states on the VRBO property details." At no point does our listing state that complimentary guest kayaks are included with the rental. Our property description clearly states: "We have some kayaks in the back for our family use. There is plenty of local kayak/tube rentals including right on our property you can rent a kayak or paddle board for $40/day." The listing specifically identifies the kayaks on site as being for family use and further directs guests to third-party rental options available directly on the property. There is no representation anywhere in the property description that guests are provided complimentary kayaks. Additionally, the guest claims they were forced to rent kayaks from KP Hole for $100 per day. This was entirely their choice. There is a kayak and paddleboard rental outfitter located immediately adjacent to the property, approximately 10 steps from the bungalow, offering rentals for approximately $40 per day as disclosed in the listing. The review is therefore based on a misunderstanding of the listing rather than an actual deficiency of the property. We have consistently been transparent with guests regarding what amenities are and are not included, which is reflected in our long history of positive reviews and guest satisfaction.

Everything you Need

We needed a calm and quick getaway from the city. The home was clean, spacious and inviting. Having other bungalows nearby made us feel safe. Have the springs literally 10 minutes away was perfect. The owners provided us with 5 bucks for the park entrance too in a thank you card. Lovely time.

The bungalow is absolutely adorable! The check in and check out process were a breeze. We were greeted with a nice note from the owner which was a special touch. This bungalow is the first one which ended up affording us a larger parking space. We used it to play wiffle ball in the rain. There was nothing we needed and even asked for an extra hour for check out and the owner was extremely accomodating to. Without a doubt would stay there again.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING

We stayed for one night to enjoy the River but when we arrived we were just blown away by how perfect the bungalow was. We felt right at home, beautiful decor that tied perfectly into nature, the comfiest bed I’ve ever slept on. The KP Hole ramp is right next door and was very easy for us to use and launch our paddle boards from in the morning. The water is crystal clear and looks exactly like the pictures, just absolute paradise. We loved every second at the bungalow and every second on the river. We cannot recommend this place enough. We have already rebooked for a long trip in the future!

Excellent Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at bungalow A. My wife and I are regulars of Rainbow River and have been vacationing there for 10 years. We have stayed at the bungalows several times now, and this property did not disappoint. The location is so close to the KP Hole that you can walk there in just a few minutes. This is really convenient as you can drive your kayaks down, park back at the bungalow and you're on the river after a short walk back. The bungalow was comfortable, clean and well decorated. Lucas was responsive and helpful. We didn't have a single problem on the trip but felt like anything that came up would have been taken care of quickly and effectively. I highly recommend this property for your Rainbow River vacation. I know we will be back!

Awesome Slice of Paradise

What started out as a last minute birthday celebration for my husband resulted in a really fun trip for the whole family. We planned kayaking to fill the days. From arrival, it was everything as listed and specified. The decor was beautifully done, comfortable seating in the living room and very clean overall. Equally important were the beds which we all thought were incredibly comfortable with luxurious bedding. My daughter didn't want to leave. Lucas provided passes to KP hole boat ramp where we were able to easily load up our kayaks and the property is ideally located and in a quaint community. Lucas checked in on us to see if we needed anything which was nice as he demonstrated a genuine concern to make sure our stay was 5 star, and it certainly was! You won't be disappointed in booking this bungalow, and we will definitely book again. Thank you Lucas for a most enjoyable stay!
