This house resides in a tranquil & scenic neighborhood and is a short drive to Portland's Eastern Promenade, the Downtown Arts District, and the Historic Old Port.

The southern entrance to the Mill Brook Nature Preserve is a 2-minute walk from the house! The nature preserve is a wonderful spot for hiking, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, or just a leisurely stroll, enjoying the peaceful views.

This spacious one-story home features a large open kitchen, dining room, and living room floor plan, perfect for friends and family to gather & relax, cook, and dine. The sunroom leads out to an outdoor dining area with a table that seats 6, as well as a gas grill that is available year-round. The basement features a well-equipped, modern gym with a cable machine, full set of dumbbells, elliptic and recumbent bike.

The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 has 2 twin beds.

Bedroom # 3 features a king-sized bed that can also be converted into two twin beds. If you prefer two twins, just let us know.

The garage has room for 1 car which is helpful during the snowy months. No need to shovel out your car after a snowstorm!

Very clean, spacious property in a quiet residential area. It was close by restaurants and a short drive to downtown Portland. Very well stocked with anything you need from laundry detergent to sunscreen and bug spray.

Excellent House!

We loved this house! Super clean, spacious, great layout, amazing sunroom, grilling and patio space and really nice front porch with rocking chairs. Highly recommend staying here (and I’m picky)!

What a lovely house! It was spacious and well appointed with high end furnishings and kitchen needs. Everything was in perfect order and super clean. We especially enjoyed the sun room, so fresh and filled with light. And watching the SeaDogs win the game with a grand slam in the 7th inning was terrific. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Spot for Family

I traveled with my husband and 3 daughters. We were visiting Portland for a few days of exploration. The location of this home was perfect to be a little way away from the busyness of the city. The home’s space allowed privacy for all. The beds were very comfortable and the home had everything we needed. Communication with the owner was exceptional.

Quiet, private and immaculate

The house is an easy drive to Portland and the beautiful area has a great walking trail, our dog loved it! The kitchen is very well stocked & best of all, the house manager, Jared was wonderful to work with. He couldn't have been more accessible and helpful. We were 3 women and we felt completely safe and secure.

Kaitlyn’s Bachelorette Party!

We loved this beautiful house to celebrate my best friend’s bachelorette party. It was perfect size for the six of us! It was clean and had everything we could ever need and more. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. Jennifer was such a pleasure to work with and answered all my questions in a timely manner! Stay here as a great place outside the city of Portland! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Perfect comfortable space!

What a great week we had at Cobb Farm - very nice quiet neighborhood, the house was WELL equipped, clean and spacious! Loved having the split bedroom space, felt very private. The bedroom AC units were wonderful for sleeping although the rest of the house got quite warm during the day - ceiling fans helped a lot! Convenient location near enough for groceries etc but not crazy busy! The trail head directly behind the house was a great challenging hike but be sure to bring bug spray - the skeeters were brutal. Overall extremely happy with our one week stay!
