Queen-sized sofa-bed, room darkening curtains and extra pillows and linens. A TV and JBL stereo is provided for access to your favorite shows and music. Enjoy the views through the floor to ceiling windows and direct access to a private balcony with Adirondack chairs.

Stocked everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, including a drip coffee maker for ground coffee (cone-shaped filter). Enjoy your meals at the high-top table (perfect for beach viewing!) and with seating for four. Starter Kit is provided and includes Paper Goods, Trash Bags and Dish Detergent.

Enjoy all the resort has to offer!
Pickleball and Shuffleboard: Paddles/equipment can be borrowed from resort.
Beach Setup: We provide 2 backpack beach chairs, a beach umbrella and 4 beach towels. Each of the resort’s private beach gates has a mobility mat for easy access to the beach.
Pools: Relax on the pool deck, complete with plenty of lounge chairs.The west pool stays heated year round.
Fitness Center: Equipped with treadmill, bikes, free weights, yoga mats, and resistance bands.
Laundry facilities: Located on the first floor. Machines accept card, cash and apple pay.

♥︎PARKING
There is one time $30 parking fee and $6/per person for wristbands, payable upon arrival with credit/debit card, either at the gate, or at the condo office. Each unit is limited to one car. If you need extra parking, a nearby lot by Ripley's Believe It or Not- just a short walk from Sunbird- offers spaces for $12 per day.

***CONSIDERATIONS***
➜ We have a strict no-refund policy for cancellations due to weather. We recommend purchasing trip insurance for peace of mind against unforeseen weather-related issues.

➜ No smoking. No events. No parties.

➜ For the comfort of all guests we do not allow pets. Bringing a pet will incur a fine of $500.

➜ The unit accommodates 4 people (including children). If you have more people, you will not be able to check-in. No refunds given if this rule is not followed.

➜ Per our house rules and VRBO policy, the host is not liable for injuries on the property. Please follow house rules and report any safety concerns immediately.
