In the magical, medieval Castello delle Quattro Torra,set like a jewel in the beautiful unspoilt countryside just outside the historical town of Siena guests can rent a charming apartment located on the first floor of the castle overlooking a grand medieval open air courtyard on one side and with amazing views of the Tuscan countryside from all the other windows, with its own separate entrance,a master bedroom,bathroom, a cosy kitchen tucked into one of the towers of the building, a living room with an open fireplace and an extra pull-out bed for two, All of the above are beautifully restored with original brickwork wood beamed ceilings, terracotta flooring etc and are furnished with original pieces and well-conserved antiques but lack nothing in modern comforts. All the rooms also offer breathtaking views of the city and the surrounding countryside.

Breakfast is served in the elegant breakfast room just off an impressive drawing room with comfortable sofas and a beautiful fireplace. Guests are welcome to linger here too or in the adjacent Reading Room and to enjoy the magnificent views of a countryside from the windows.

The castle is surrounded by an Italian garden cultivated with myrtle, roses and peonies which is visible from all the castle's windows. An ample outdoor garden area furnished with umbrellas, tables, chairs and armchairs is also available for the use or our guests
We also offer the opportunity to book an authentic traditional Italian cooking class in our farm house kitchen just a few kilometres away where you can learn to make authentic Italian dishes, such as fresh homemade pasta ( tagliatelle, tagliolini, pappardelle) or gnocchi di patate (potato dumplings), chicken nuggets with Vin Santo or with saffron or saltimbocca 'Le Pietre Vive' etc. all made with our own local produce and accompanied by our own wine!
We have all the advantages of the peace and beauty of the Tuscan countryside at just a few minutes drive from the historic centre of Siena with all its attractions: restaurants and bars, fascinating medieval and Renaissance squares and streets, monuments, museums and wonderful events such as the famous Palio of Siena.

The castle is just outside Siena and despite its air of timeless tranquillity very close to main roads linking us all major Tuscan cities and offering easy access to all popular Italian destinations.As well all the attractions of Siena itself you can easily visit other famous art cities like Florence, Arezzo, Perugia or even follow the footsteps of St Francis in the ancient town of Assisi or still more easily explore any of the delightful medieval Tuscan hill towns nearby. You can even relax at one of the Thermal spa resorts only 15 km. or so away.
We are present on site as the main part of the castle is still a family home and we are always ready to assist our guests during their stay to help them get the most out of their vacation in this fascinating area of Italy.
