About this property

Come stay in your very own 'home away from home!' This two-story, fully furnished villa sits eight steps from the pool and 150 yards from the beach. It's a bright, open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and skylights.The deck and screened-in porch have a great view of the pool. The recreation area includes the pool (heated March, April, October, and November), kiddie pool, and hot tub.

The villa has a large Master bedroom with a king-size bed and a newly-renovated executive bathroom, with shower and soaker tub. One of the upstairs rooms has a 2 queen beds and a full bath. The other has a king-size bed and a full bath. There is also a pack-n-play and stroller, as well as an additional half bath on the main level.

In addition to having the pool and beach so close, Palmetto Dunes offers much more.
The resort has Pickleball, tennis, three 18-hole PGA golf courses by designers Fazio, RT Jones, and Arthur Hills. Within the resort are several miles of paved leisure trail for walkers, joggers, and cyclists. There is also an 11-mile inter-connected lagoon system that can be used for fishing, boating, kayaking or to view wildlife native to the island.

Just outside Palmetto Dunes is the Shelter Cove Marina and shopping mall, a great place to shop, dine, or enjoy a drink and take in some live entertainment. Palmetto Dunes has a great transportation system, the Palmetto Dunes Buggy. This free service will pick up and drop off anyone staying in the resort anywhere in Palmetto Dunes or Shelter Cove. (This service is provided April through mid-September)

Huntington town house

This was our second year renting Deb and Tom's comfortable townhouse in the low traffic Huntington area of Palmetto dunes. It was very clean, nicely decorated, a short (5-10 minute) walk to the beach and right near the community pool. This year the HOA scheduled painting the exterior of the unit while we were there. The nice thing about renting from Deb and Tom is that they are responsible owners and easy to communicate with.

Another Great Week on HHI

We've stayed here two years in a row and will definitely be back. Location is perfect at end of the street adjacent to the pool and a short walk to the beach.

Great villa at Hilton Head

We had 5 adults and two children during our week at Hilton Head in this spacious villa! Beach is so close, easy walk. So much Pickleball just down the street and we played 5 days out of 6. Great villa! We had a wonderful trip to Hilton Head.

Perfect stay for a family beach vacation

6 Adults and 1 toddler with plenty of space for everyone. The 3 Bed and 4 Bath worked out perfect for our group! The screened porch was an added bonus, it cooled down at night so we could enjoy the outside space with no bugs. The townhome is literally right next to the community pool (never croweded)! The walk to the beach was easy and shaded most of the way. The owners communicated ASAP at all times. If you're traveling with a little one they have a portacrib, highchair and stroller on site. Would totally book this again!!

Great location

The unit was perfect for our family. The unit is located next to pool which was perfect. We’ve been coming to HHI, specifically Palmetto Dunes and this unit does not disappoint.

We chose this villa because it has everything we needed in a vacation. We are so impressed with the beauty of Palmetto Dunes and all the amenities. Our family and friends have been coming to Hilton Head for years because we love the beach, but yet we want the convenience of having shopping and restaurants nearby.

What makes this property unique

While we are staying on the island, we always bike around the trails and down the beach. We play golf and spend long days on the beach with friends and family. Everyone is always in a great mood when they are here.
