The condo was very spacious, plenty room to spread out and grateful for three full bathrooms. The condo was also very clean!!! Close walking distance to the beach and easy access to greenways to ride bikes on and run. We were very happy with our stay!!!

Loved staying at this property. We’ve always loved Palmetto Dunes and this was a perfect fit for our family. The screened in porch area is so private and relaxing. We also enjoyed the gated pool area. Well maintained pool and outdoor furniture with a bathroom onsite. Great location for beach, pool, walks and bike rides. The house had all the kitchen essentials we needed. Check in pick up location is so easy and close to Palmetto Dunes entrance which is a huge plus when you’ve been in the car for hours and just want to get to your place. We would definitely stay here again. We also liked the underground parking, trash area and bike racks.

Great condo

We loved this property. It was clean, nicely decorated and the rooms were huge. We had a crawling 9 month old with us and it was very baby proof. The pool was very close which was great. One thing to note is that it is a 1st floor unit but there are still about 9-12 stairs to get up to the front door. We would definitely stay here again.

Spacious accommodations

Very spacious unit in palmetto dunes. Each bedroom a great size with its own ensuite and great closet space. Short walk to the beach via a pathway in the next complex over. Super close to gated community pool and the hot tub was amazing. Many other units we’ve visited the community hot tub was not functional. We are used to having a grill with our unit but the community space was so close we didn’t mind grilling in the community area. Note you have to buy charcoal briquettes and we didn’t find the lighter until after we went out and bought one. Great parking garage which was a unique feature and where our rental bikes were stored. The beach property rental team was super responsive and the entire booking process was professional and very informative

Hilton Head Villa

Loved our stay! This Villa was excellent. Screened in porch was so relaxing, all three bedrooms are so spacious and comfortable. Living room was very nice. Would come back again, short walk to beach and pool right outside.

Great time with family!

Great condo for our family get together. Nicely appointed & clean. Plenty of room - each bedroom has own bathroom. Screened porch was great for little ones - no worries about baclonies. Beach was walking distance & pool even closer. Underground parking is a plus. There are stairs to each unit & no elevators so if have problems with stairs, not a good option. First time staying at Palmetto Dunes and we will be back!
