-ABSOLUTELY NO NOISE AFTER 9 PM OUTSIDE, WE DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES OR GATHERINGS OF ANY KIND AT THE HOUSE, NO SMOKING / DRUGS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING HOOKAH IS ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY AND QUIET HOURS START AT 9 PM - 8 AM.
- No unauthorized guests other than those listed on the booking. Should you wish to have guests visit, it must be communicated with the hosts and pre-approved.
-We have a minimum age requirement of 27y/o to be able to book the property.
Check-in is from 4 PM - 10 PM ONLY.
*Please note the house is NOT pet-friendly.
- Please note there is NO pool safety fence at the property, there are manual locks on all slider entrances to the pool deck for added security for children. The alarm also beeps when the sliding doors open.
- There is a Ring doorbell camera, a surveillance camera facing the driveway, a camera situated on the sides of the house, and to cameras on the pool deck which are NOT active. These are not monitored daily, they are there for guest security.
