About this property

A luxurious 2 bed house in central Chichester. Courtyard garden and parking.

The ideal getaway for up to 4 adults - perfectly located in the heart of the city. The lounge has a cosy wood burning stove, comfortable seating for 4 and a 58″ TV. The kitchen is fully fitted with all the essentials. Then again, why cook when there are so many dining choices on the doorstep! With free WiFi access, the house is ideal for those needing to work during their stay.

Upstairs you’ll find a sumptuous and romantic dark bedroom which has a kingsize velvet bed, TV and a stunning ensuite with copper bathtub and separate shower. There’s also a second bedroom with a superking sized bed that has the option to separate into twin beds. This also has its own ensuite with a shower.

Opposite the house across the shared pathway is a private courtyard garden with dining and a sofa.

The house has its own allocated parking space in the Courtyard. Please note, this space is reached via an electric gate though a narrow underpass. Care must be taken when driving through.

Why they chose this property

Chichester is a beautiful historic city full of shops, cafes and restaurants. Its nestled between 2 areas of outstanding natural beauty with he rolling hills of the South Downs National park to the north and the white sandy beach at West Wittering to the South. Nearby Goodwood host incredible motor events each year as well as horse racing and party nights there's plenty to do. With pretty coastal harbour villages, the Festival Theatre, Pallant House gallery and local vineyards to explore you'll want to come back time and time again!

What makes this property unique

The Courtyard is often described by my guests as a little gem securely tucked away behind the hustle and bustle, but yet it it so centrally located just a short walk from a huge array of restaurants, coffee shops, shops and the theatre. It's a beautiful space in which to relax and rest those legs from all the exploring.
