This charming island home is located in the peaceful, established Pelican Cove neighborhood only 6 miles (15 minute drive) from River St in downtown Savannah and 6 miles (15 minute drive) from the beaches of Tybee Island. The neighborhood itself is a 5 minute drive or short bike ride from grocery stores and restaurants, down the street from the neighborhood boat launch ramp, as well as nature preserve with paved trails that lead to YMCA. The house is ideal for your vacation!
