I fell in Love with this neighborhood; It is truly remarkable with one of the best views in Louisville in fact you can see the skyline and bridge from my front yard. This property is perch high on top of a hill. There are only 7 properties in the whole neighborhood and every property is beautiful with great neighbors. The property values are from $700,000 to over 1m. The small town of Prospect is one of the safest in America. There is a beautiful golf course across the street and a large park with 3 different hiking trails to choose from and miles of beautiful green spaces and expensive homes. I have lived in this house for 7 years and fell in Love with it at first sight! It is truly remarkable with one of the largest pools and hot tub you will ever see at a private home. The pool has a diving board for you to dive or flip from and the tub can handle 6 adults easily. The pool deck is large and has a big table to fit 6 easily plus more chairs can be added. There are 2 large umbrellas to shade you and 4 loungers. A 10 foot tall horse fountain in the front to greets you with a circle driveway. Six cars can easily park on the giant parking pad. The property is on 6.3 acres so no need to worry about making too much noise or worrying if someone else will see you. You can take a walk and check out the field and woods I bet you will see either deer, rabbits, squirrels, birds and geese. If you truly want a unique property then you found it here.
