Best vacation ever! The home was beautiful and we had a great time walking the boardwalk and meeting locals at the nearby restaurants! The host was extremely accommodating, making our stay even better. Big thanks to William and his beautiful beach home!

Listing stated there was a hot tub and there was not one on the property. The parking was difficult at times because the local stores shared the on street parking. Otherwise it is a nice place over all.

Cute little Cottage in the Perfect Location

We stayed at this property for a weekend long wedding and it was in the perfect location in between Harrington Harbor and The Rod and Reel. It was comfortable and fit our needs as a place to land in between wedding festivities. It was a pleasant surprise to be just one house from the bay and right across from the boardwalk entrance! Also within a block were awesome restaurants for breakfast and dinner as well as a cute little brewery and wine spot! The listing states there is a hot tub and a spa tub but just to be clear, the cottage has neither of these amenities (we didn't care but others might). If you're spending a weekend in North Beach, this is a really good option!

The location was fantastic! Close to restaurants and the boardwalk. This is a very old home and that definitely shows in places. The owners note this so I was not surprised. We had a minor issue but the owner was very quick to respond so we appreciated that. The suggestions in the booklet at the entrance to the home were very helpful, and the record player on the porch area is a great touch. We would stay again as it suited our needs.
