Six by the Sea is located on 53rd Street, Oceanblock. This two bedroom, one and a half bath first floor condo is just steps from beach and many mid town amusements. Upgrades made in 2022 are: new flooring and living room furniture, new stove, refrigerator and interior painting. It is fully equipped with a full kitchen, Free WiFi, 2 color TV's, laundry in the building, outdoor shower, gas grills for guests use and parking for one car. The first bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has a bunk bed with single over double and sleep sofa in the living room. Sleeps 7, Sorry No Pets.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
