A close distance to the center of Orleans, this well kept Saltbox style house is convenient to everything. It is only .3 miles to the bike path and 1.6 miles to Skaket Beach. The large grassy yard is private and spacious. The cute back deck comes equipped with an electric grill and outdoor furniture.

A galley, eat-in kitchen seats four and the comfortable TV room, adjacent to the kitchen, has sliders onto the deck for easy access to the barbeque. The large living room has a flat screen TV and the dining area seats 6. A twin bed room and full bathroom with tub and shower finish off the first floor. The second floor has another full bath with tub and shower and lots of counter space. There are 2 bedrooms, one with 2 twin beds and the other with a Queen bed. Lots of windows give this home a bright and airy feel. Central A/C and WiFi complete this home's list of comfortable amenities.

Nice Place good location

The House is located in between the 2 main beaches of Orleans. We went to both of them by Bike with the familly. The hous is well equiped but appliances are quite old, but worked well. The basement was the only negative point, a lot of spiders, insects and webs...

Reviewer Comments: The house is lovely and could use a little updating.The vacuum cleaner needs a new bag, the trees/weeds exiting the property on the right needs to be trimmed, it's hard to see on coming cards, and the gutter needs to cleaned. But I would recommend this place, it was nice to be close to town.

Loved the location, yard, Newley painted trim& walls . Very spacious rooms. Furnishings tired , deck new however chairs could use matching cushions . Twin beds old and very noisy should be replaced . Loved the TV’s . Kitchen fully stocked with cooking needs . May stay 2 weeks next year if suggested changes are made ..

The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and more. My family enjoyed the outdoor shower and porch. The location of the house made going to the beach, shop, dine, and watch the sunset just minutes away (or walk/bike). The only recommendation we would make is to have a gas grill instead of electric.

Also it felt like the air conditioning was being controlled offsite. We would put the air conditioning temperature down and we get back and it would be hot again

Cape Serenity

The home was just as advertised! Very clean, everything we could need was here, except for the grill. The grill is electric and it didn’t work. It’s also very small and we’d suggest getting a grill that a family of 4-6 can easily cook out on. Location for us was perfect because we enjoy the National Seashore beaches, Chatham and Provincetown! We would stay again and again provided there is a working, larger grill!
