The home comfortably accommodates guests across three bedrooms: two feature Queen beds, and the third provides two twin beds. All sleeping quarters are conveniently located on one floor.

The best place to unwind is on the large wrap-around deck, which offers a quiet, private space to enjoy the wooded surroundings, grill dinner on the gas or charcoal grill, and relax. A necessary Cape Cod amenity, the enclosed outdoor shower, is also provided for rinsing off after a long day of exploring. Enjoy the perfect combination of privacy, natural beauty, and functional amenities, including a dishwasher, washer/dryer, and ceiling and standard fans to keep the air moving.

Delightful

We enjoyed our 2 week stay at this home. We typically stay closer to town, and really enjoyed the location. We love the layout of the house, the deck, and wonderful shower. The house had everything we needed and fortunately the weather was, but I can imagine it gets very hot without an air conditioner.

Enjoyed the marsh, the bridge to the island, and the cape. No real Problems. The rooms are nice, kitchen works well, there is room inside and out to relax at and the outdoor shower works very well. We heard owls at night

Great location!

Great spot - Easy access to all of the beauty and amenities that Wellfleet has to offer, and plenty of space for our family of 4. Set apart from other houses in the area, has a nice secluded feel. Check-in and check-out was simple and super-straightforward. One critique is that we all found the beds to be quite uncomfortable. Might just be our personal preferences?? - but I wonder if they could use upgrading.

Close to route 6 - cross for CCRT - and 2 minute car ride to Marconi while tucked away for a quiet, comfortable stay. Home, in true Cape Cod style, does not have air conditioning which could be challenging in high humidity; however, an array of room and ceiling fans provide comfort. Look forward to a future stay!

Wellfleet Peace and Quiet

Nice little house. While there were 3 bedrooms, we only used one. Which is good, since there is only one bathroom! The house had everything we needed, except a view of the water. Next time. It was comfortable, but had no A/C; not a problem for us since it was cool at night and the house has good screens. All and all, it had everything we needed.
