This updated cottage sits just 100 yards away from popular Campground Beach in Eastham! It features two cozy bedrooms and one full bath, sleeping up to 4 comfortably. The interior is nicely updated, with granite countertops in the kitchen and newer appliances. The full bath is also updated and has a stall shower. The first bedroom offers a double sized bed and the second bedroom has two twin sized beds both bedrooms have A/C units. The house also offers wireless internet and cable TV, as well as an outdoor shower for a quick rinse after a day on the beach. There is also a nice screened porch, complete with a table & four chairs, perfect for relaxing on a warm summer night. There is also a gas grill, great for evening barbecues with the family! Cute bungalow in a perfect location

The bungalow is perfectly located within a short walk to beach. The kids also liked walking to "The Landing" store for ice cream . It required a bit of cleaning at first. The 9:30 a.m. check out time was difficult. We requested a later time but no response. Such a cute house with a comfortable screened in porch.

Wonderful property!

Perfect cottage for my family of 4! The Screened in porch was great for evening hangouts. My 8 year olds favorite place was on the hammock under the trees just steps from the front door. And how can you go wrong with a 1 minute walk to the public beach.
