If the beach is your destination, this location is perfect. Just a block to walk to public beach access. Place was clean and quiet and convenient to grocery, gas, shopping, and restaurants. Host was communicative and helped with questions I had. Host let me know that the room was ready prior to check in time, so that was helpful. I enjoyed filming the sunrise and sunset from the beach. Thanks to the host.

The location was perfect. About a 2 minute walk to the beach. They had beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler that we took advantage of. Only downside was the bed was a little too soft for me and the Kuerig was broken. There is a great little coffee place on 8th though.
