This is a good location and our stay was quiet and relaxing. Everything met our needs and the stay was just what we needed. I would recommend using the VRBO app as the directions to get to the townhouse was in the app which I didn’t realize. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

The property was exactly as listed- a couple of small things that didn’t affect the stay.1) Slightly squeaky garage and master bedroom door.2) Checkout process asked us to take out the trash but we had absolutely no idea where to put it. It was otherwise excellent, well located, pool and hot tub were very welcome on an exceptionally hot weekend. There was a stocked spice rack, salt/pepper and sugar, everything was great! Thank you!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We were visiting Temecula and loved that Nathaniel’s property was so close and affordable as properties right in wine country can be a bit pricey. Condo was extremely clean; smelled fresh and inviting every day. Property was well appointed with everything we needed, basic kitchen needs, sparkling clean refrigerator, clean comfortable beds and pillows, and fresh towels. (LOVED the velvety black makeup towels!!!) (Suggestion: provide regular wash cloths) Nathaniel was an excellent host; super friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to our questions! Would definitely recommend Nathaniel’s condo and would love to return on a future visit!

The location is outstanding! Walking distance to Town Center! And close to Temecula and highways! Nat was easy to work with and our extended stay went as planned with no surprises except for the ping pong table in the garage!

We had a comfortable stay at Nathaniel’s place. The condo is conveniently located and offered everything we needed to make it our home for a few days. We had a cleaning issue which Nathaniel rectified immediately and we appreciated his quick response to our communications.
