We enjoyed our stay while attending an August wedding. The house was convenient to get to downtown for the wedding, restaurants, shops and exploring. Allowing us to have our family dogs was greatly appreciated and the backyard was perfect for them to run around. The large sofa was great to relax with our family. We didn't utilize the kitchen much but it was spacious and well equipped. The master bedroom was spacious, had a great bathroom area and shower with a huge closet and a nice full length mirror to get ready for the wedding events. The host was quick to respond to our questions.

The entire process with Renee was great. Very quick to respond if I had any questions. It was close to Furman and downtown. The entire house was stocked with anything and everything we would need. We were blown away with the small details that was thought of in the house. It is also beautifully decorated! We stayed for my daughter’s graduation and it was wonderful to not have to worry about anything! Thank you!

Comfortable Luxury

Comfortable beds, well stocked home, great for large groups, adult and kid friendly. Best couch ever! Excellent communication and seamless check-in/check-out. I highly recommend this property.

Stay at a house that feels like home

This home had a welcoming feel to it, both inside and out in a quiet neighborhood located fairly close to everything we needed. It accommodated all seven of us quite comfortably and was well appointed with furnishings and amenities. We will definitely be looking at this for next year for the same event we attended.

Birthdays - 3 Couples Annual Birthday Retreat

Great property. Easily housed six adults each with their own bathroom. Home is stocked with everything you need. Our group is very particular and all they could say was "this the best rental ever." We are already planning a return visit.

Great house for a larger group staying in Greenville

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Renee's house in Greenville - the online listing was accurate, and the whole place seemed very new with up-to-date appliances, furniture, and decor. All seven of us (and our four dogs) had everything we needed at the house and found communication with Renee always quick and easy. She and her team provided us with a guide to the best local restaurants and attractions and made sure that we knew the check-in and check-out process thoroughly. Overall, our stay was fantastic, and we'd highly recommend this property to any larger group gathering in Greenville!

Just about Perfect in all respects

Three couples arrived from NC and Florida to share fellowship and a bit of guitar business at the nearby Shrine Club. As the designated organizer, I spent hours online attempting to find a location that was near our business destination and close to downtown restaurants. This property seemed perfect and in many ways It was. Clean, new, luxurious, and quiet, it hit all the right notes. The outdoor patio was enjoyable, and the gas grill was ready for use. Even the garage was first class. Everything you needed from cutting boards to glassware was sparkling. The only problem (worth mentioning) was the digital lock. I have one on my home front door, but this one stumped us due to bright sunlight hitting a “key pad” that was more like an iPhone. After we used it a few times we learned to crouch down and get a reflection. Minor but something you should be prepared to deal with. So 6 people are trying to get in at 3:55 pm and finally the engineer of the group figures out that the lock is so smart that it’s set to open at 4pm. Definitely call ahead, because the code won’t work until 4pm, and you don’t want to be those people standing around the locked front door, thinking that the code is wrong This is an outstanding property, and even if you’re living like the 1%, you will not be disappointed.

The house was exactly as described. Very clean and well appointed. It was in a quiet neighborhood and parking was plentiful. Kitchen was well stocked and appliances were modern and in great condition. Beds and baths were good sized and had all necessities we needed. Communications were timely and informative. Check in and out processes were easy. Would not hesitate to stay here again.
