Overall, our stay was okay. The house accommodated our large group, which was one of the main reasons I chose it, along with the advertised amenities. However, several things were disappointing during our ten-day stay.The pool was not cleaned until Friday after our Monday check-in. The home also needs some maintenance and TLC, particularly the separating kitchen floor and areas of the ceiling that were peeling and deteriorating. The advertised boxing equipment was also unavailable.While I didn’t expect unlimited household supplies, I was surprised that we needed to purchase garbage bags, dish soap, and toilet paper by our second day.Daniel responded when I raised these concerns and offered to address them, which I appreciated. However, having maintenance work done inside the house during our group’s stay would have been disruptive. These are things I would have preferred to see addressed before arrival.I’m sharing this feedback honestly, with the hope that it helps improve the experience for future guests. For a ten-day booking, comfort, upkeep, and an accurate listing matter. Thank you, Daniel, for hosting us. With more attention to maintenance and preparation between bookings, the home could offer a much more comfortable stay.

Lovely stay

House was perfect for my large family. There was lots of entertainment in the backyard with a fire pit, basketball court, swimming pool, and green for putt putt or soccer. We enjoyed our stay. My only suggestion is that more wash clothes be provided. There were only 2 in each restroom.

Our family enjoyed this large, clean space with its many amenities including a spacious backyard that has a pool, small putting green, basketball pickleball court, table tennis, fire pit, BBQ, and seating areas. Our host Daniel was friendly and responsive, answering our questions within minutes. We had a pleasant stay.

Home Away from Home

This was my first time renting a property for a vacation with my family and friends. We researched 20+ houses but kept going back to this one. Upon arrival, we were very pleased with the setup and the pictures/ description matched everything that was featured online. There were 11 of us and we were able to move about the house comfortably and had enough space to gather for lots of fun memories. We especially enjoyed the pool, putt-putt golf and basketball court. Upon my return to Miami, I would definitely rent this property again.
