We are from Newburyport and Plum Island, just a 5-10 minute drive from our property. We love to travel and also enjoy meeting new people. Being a host is great for us as we are able to design property interiors and create a great experience for our guests. We have also made many great connections as hosts.
Why they chose this property
It is residential yet within walking distance from the beach. The house has an upscale coastal vibe. Our patio is hardscape so it is like having an extra room in the home when the weather is nice. We are also near major attractions such as historic Newburyport, the beaches in Plum Island, Hampton and Seabrook NH as well as tax-free shopping just 5 minutes away in NH. We are one hour to Boston and you can catch the train in Newburyport or make the short drive. We are also near many mountains and rail trails for hiking.
