We are located on US 31, 12 miles from Traverse City and 2 miles from the charming Village of Elk Rapids and the Pristine Chain of Lakes Area. Flintfields Horse Park and the Traverse City Equestrian Festival is a convenient 7 miles south of the property. Relax on one of the beautiful, white, sandy beaches of Grand Traverse Bay, Elk Lake and Torch Lake - just minutes away. Enjoy a scenic bike ride along the Bay or create memories touring the prestigious local wineries and tasting rooms along Lake Michigan peninsulas. In addition our guests have access to our 200 ft. shared PRIVATE BEACH just 1 mile south on the East Bay of Lake Michigan.
This spacious property has a Master suite with new king size bed, adjacent bathroom, new shower room and TV sitting room. There is a dedicated private office and a printer. Lovely family room overlooks garden and forest acreage. Large 2nd. bedroom has attached half bath. Galley kitchen a gas range and oven, and is fully equipped for those who chose to dine in and enjoy our lovely eating area. New washer and dryer for your Exclusive use. WIFI , Roku TV and a Generac Generator for uninterrupted power service. If you need more accommodations, check VRBO listing "Cozy Vacation Home in Williamsburg" which is on the same property.
The Village of Elk Rapids offers a grocery store, restaurants, cinema, churches, boutique shops, distillery, SHORT'S brewery and 2 beautiful marinas, with public boat launches. This is the perfect place for your summer vacation!

Best host ever

Kathy was incredible to work with and the property was a delight. So close to the horse show and access to so many fun things to do. We will definitely be staying with them again.
